GBC Concrete and Masonry Construction, Inc. is a leading contractor of both masonry and concrete construction. Our services include a wide range of commercial, retail, industrial, educational, religious and hospitality projects. We specialize in all aspects of structural concrete, including foundations, slabs, poured in-place and tilt-up wall construction, elevated post-tension slabs, slabs over metal pan decks, etc. Masonry structures, ranging from heavy structural building walls, to decorative finishes in CMU or Brick applications. Often decorative site walls and retaining walls are part included in our scope.

The company’s two divisions have current annualized outputs of 1.8 million masonry block and 3.4 million square feet of poured concrete respectively.

GBC has a diversified customer base containing over 40 active accounts (primarily general contractors) with whom we often work closely with their designers and owners, helping with constructability and schedule issues. Although currently licensed in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Oregon, GBC does not “hard bid“ outside of California, but has on a negotiated basis worked for customers who require our services in other states.

GBC’s operations are strategically located in a single 8,000 square foot building in Lake Elsinore, California. Our labor force is well trained, efficient, and highly regarded within the industry. The Company operates five days per week, eight hours per day, and employs 180-200 full time employees. The Company operates as an “open shop” contractor.
