Along busy Wilshire Boulevard, this project included the installation of a new 13,000 square foot Reinforced Concrete Deck Slab constructed over existing underground parking. The demolition of the existing Four Story structure created some interesting challenges. A 7,500 square foot Plaza, with "serpentine" cast in-place colored concrete walls, and decorative concrete topping was placed over the structural concrete deck.
