Consisting of 6000 cubic yards of concrete and 50,000 masonry units, this unique dealership has 60,000 square feet of underground Service and Parts Storage Area below the 60,000 square foot Ground Level Post-Tensioned Deck. Atop this ground level deck is a 30,000 square foot Sales Facility with Service Write-up and open parking area. A 15,000 square foot Post-Tensioned 2nd Floor and 30,000 square feet of rooftop parking complete the project.
