For the first Lifetime Fitness Facility in California, GBC Concrete & Masonry was called upon to provide foundations, slabs on grade, and topping slabs for both the 3 story fitness facility as well as the 5 story parking structure adjacent to the facility. This project included over 10,000 CY of concrete and over 335,000 SF of flatwork between slabs on grade and topping slabs.
